For Logos Bookstore Suppliers: The Association of Logos Bookstores welcomes you as an existing or potential vendor or supplier for our member stores. We appreciate very much your interest in working with our member stores. Please allow us to give you some background on our stores. All Logos Bookstore members are independently owned and managed. They are not franchised. Therefore, the Association does not purchase product, nor do we do any corporate buying for the stores. We do, however, recommend products. Since the stores are independent, managers and buyers choose their inventory, keeping in mind their own unique customer base and demographics, while stocking all the best in Chritian product. Logos Bookstores are located in urban settings, near college campuses, in small towns and on islands. Our locations are in the U.S., Canada, and the Bahamas. Logos Bookstore members are always interested in being informed about new products, new programs and special pricing. So, we invite you to contact either the Association of Logos Bookstores or the stores directly. Here are several ways store managers and buyers can become familiar with you: Spring and Christmas Catalogs Each year, publishers and suppliers take part in two annual Logos consumer catalogs. Titles and products are nominated by suppliers to the Association office for consideration by the Selection Committe, which is composed of store managers and buyers. We feature books and music, with some gift items included at Christmas. We invite publishers and suppliers of all sizes to nominate titles and products for both catalogs. Advertising rates are affordable enough, even for smaller publishers. Monthly Newsletter The Logos Association office publishes a monthly newsletter for the benefit of our members. Part of that newsletter is devoted to product knowledge and information. We review titles, offer marketing tips and visual merchandising suggestions, and feature vendors. A quarterly mailing with inserts from publishers, samples and ordering information is also sent to member stores.
